Israeli siege on Northern Gaza leaves thousands dead, infrastructure destroyed

Since October 5, the Israeli army has imposed a tight siege on northern Gaza, targeting civilian infrastructure and causing widespread destruction. As of December 2023, nearly 45,000 Palestinians have been killed, including thousands of women and children, with tens of thousands more injured.
