In the city of Tanis in northern Egypt, a tomb belonging to Pharaoh Psusennes I—discovered in 1940—has revealed numerous rare artifacts, including a golden mummy mask and gold shirt, precious jewels, sarcophagi made of stone and silver, tableware, weapons, and shabti figurines.
Despite the climate conditions of the Nile Delta, these items have been well-preserved, showcasing the pharaoh's wealth and the craftsmanship level of the era.
The artifacts are now on display at the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square, Cairo.
