Weapons to be used in Hürkuş, Atak helicopters introduced

The 20-millimeter artillery to be used in the Turkish Atak helicopter along with the 12.7-millimeter machine gun and the naval-type heavy machine gun to be used in Hürkuş aircraft were recently introduced. Sarsılmaz Silah Sanayi Board Chairman Latif Aral Aliş said, 'The defense industry in Turkey is getting a lot of support. We're running very fast.' Before the defence industry fair which will be exhibited at the Istanbul Fair Center, Sarsılmaz Arms exhibited the weapons it will exhibit at the trade show. At the trade show, the 20 mm artillery used in the Atak helicopter, and the 12.7 mm machine gun, the heavy machine gun used in the marine type and the pistols to be used in the Hürkuş aircraft will be seen for the first time.'
