Türkiye, in the 7-month period of the 2022-2023 hazelnut export season, has sold 201.415 tons of hazelnuts and generated approximately 1.2 billion dollars in revenue.
In the written statement made by the Black Sea Hazelnut and Products Exporters' Association, information was given about the period of 2022-2023 export season between September 1, 2022 and March 31, 2023.
In the statement, it was stated that 201 thousand 415 tons of hazelnuts were sold abroad for 1 billion 193 million 736 thousand 55 dollars in the said period, and it was recorded that the export in March was 156 million 414 thousand 930 dollars in return for 24 thousand 173 tons of hazelnuts.
