Hatay's Kaytaz Börek receives geographical indication from the EU
The traditional delicacy of the gastronomy city, Hatay kaytaz börek, received a geographical indication registration from the European Union (EU), which has been joyfully welcomed by business owners and chefs.
İbrahimoğlu mentioned that the registration of the dish also contributes to promoting the city and added, "It made us even happier to see such positive developments in Hatay, which was affected by the earthquake."
