ASELSAN YILDIRIM 100: Rendering enemy missiles helpless

The YILDIRIM 100 directed infrared countermeasure system, which was recently featured in a test video, puts Türkiye at the forefront in this field. Experts point out that Turkish engineers have successfully completed a highly challenging project and believe that the system, which will be added to numerous platforms, primarily helicopters, will render enemy missiles ineffective.

Defense Industry Expert Kubilay Yıldırım discussed the details of ASELSAN's YILDIRIM 100 project. "In summary, Türkiye is present almost everywhere in the world.
