Bayraktar KIZILELMA hits headlines in American media outlets

In the news, details such as the unmanned fighter aircraft project introduced by Baykar in the summer of 2021, being seen on the assembly line in March 2022 and the first engine integration test for the unmanned jet was carried out in September 2022, were also shared. In the news pointing out that KIZILELMA is a special project that Baykar has been working on for more than 10 years with its own means, features such as ammunition carrying capacity, flight altitude and speed were recorded. Newsweek and Forbes magazines broadcasting in the U.S. also included news highlighting the success of the KIZILELMA project last week. Bayraktar KIZILELMA project, which Türkiye-based defense company Baykar set out with one hundred percent equity capital, started in 2021. Bayraktar KIZILELMA, with the tail number of TC-ÖZB, which came off the production line on November 14, was transferred to Akıncı Flight Training and Test Center in Çorlu. After a month of tests there, it made its maiden flight in a record time of about a year since the beginning of the project.
