The Mirror's lawyer, Andrew Green KC, asked Prince Harry if there was any concrete evidence linking this story to phone hacking or if it was merely speculation. Additionally, Prince Harry was interrogated about his claims that the Mirror group had listened to his voicemails to gain insight into his arguments with Chelsy. In his witness statement, Prince Harry expressed deep concern about newspapers potentially publicizing his planned trip with Ms. Davy to Mozambique. Mr. Green further questioned him about an article published in The People in September 2007, which detailed three arguments between Harry and Ms. Davy before she relocated to Leeds. Prince Harry found the article suspicious, emphasizing that he had never discussed the details of his relationship with his girlfriend with the Palace and considered attributing such information to a Palace source highly dubious.
