The month of Ramadan, filled with spiritual beauty, is a season of mercy and forgiveness for believers.
Those who cherish this valuable period with worship and goodness open the door to eternal happiness. They journey towards the paradise of time and space by receiving the salvation from hell. In a hadith, it is stated: "When the month of Ramadan begins, the gates of heaven are opened, the gates of hell are closed, and the devils are chained."
The month of Ramadan, which we welcome after bidding farewell to the Three Sacred Months, is a month filled with virtues. Ramadan is the month of goodness, the month of helping the needy and the destitute, and above all, it is the month of the Quran in all its moments.
The reviving quality of Ramadan stems from the fact that it is the month when the Quran, sent to guide humanity to guidance and happiness, began to be revealed. Additionally, it is because the act of fasting, which is one of the fundamental principles of Islam, is observed during this month.

THE VIRTUES OF THE MONTH OF RAMADAN
- Our Noble Quran, which guides humanity out of the darkness of savagery into the light, was revealed in this month. Surely, Ramadan has a great importance and place in our religious and social life compared to other months and times.
- Prophet Muhammad, who is the most honored of all creation, the beloved servant of Allah, and the highest and most perfect example of morality for humanity, was given the prophetic mission in this blessed month, which Allah sent as a mercy to all worlds.
- The "Night of Decree" (Laylat al-Qadr), which is better than a thousand months, is found within this month. If observed, this night, which is better than a thousand years of voluntary worship, is also in this blessed month.
- Fasting, which is one of the five pillars of Islam and purifies believers from evil deeds, is observed in this month.
- In the month of Ramadan, the gates of heaven are opened, the gates of hell are closed, and the devils are chained. Indeed, our beloved Prophet informs us of this as follows: "When the month of Ramadan begins, the gates of heaven are opened, the gates of hell are closed, and the devils are chained."
Prophet Muhammad addressed his companions when the month of Ramadan began, emphasizing the sanctity and virtues of Ramadan as follows:
"O people! A great and blessed month has come upon you, in which there is a night better than a thousand months.''
''Whoever performs a mandatory act in this month will receive the reward of seventy mandatory acts in other months. It is a month of patience, and the reward for patience is Paradise. It is a month of mutual assistance, in which the sustenance of a believer is increased.''
''Whoever provides iftar (the meal to break the fast) to a fasting person in this month will have his sins forgiven and be saved from Hell.''
