There are some key points to spend Ramadan in a healthy way. We should pay attention to what we eat for suhoor as much as we do for iftar. The foods we eat for suhoor should keep us energetic throughout the day and not make us hungry or thirsty.
For suhoor, lighter breakfast foods are consumed. However, there is a non-breakfast and light food available. Yogurt is the least lactose-containing food among milk, yogurt, and dairy products.
