Argentina said Thursday it had finalized an agreement with the IMF to refinance its debt of $44 billion.
The deal "seeks to continue generating conditions of stability necessary to address the existing structural challenges and strengthen the foundations for sustainable and inclusive growth," an economy ministry statement said.
