Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will speak by phone with U.S. President Joe Biden on Monday evening, private broadcaster NTV quoted presidential spokesperson Ibrahim Kalın as saying.
Biden on Sunday congratulated Erdoğan on winning the second round in Türkiye's presidential election.
