5.2 magnitude earthquake hits southwestern China

A 5.2 magnitude earthquake struck China's southwestern Sichuan province early Monday, the US Geological Survey (USGS) said.
The earthquake struck at a depth of 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) at 12.12 am local time (1612GMT Sunday) in Changning county, USGS said.
There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage.
