A building collapsed at a Ulsan power plant, leaving several people possibly trapped. Rescue teams are on site.

A building at a power plant site in Ulsan, South Korea, has collapsed.
People are believed to be trapped under the debris. District fire officials have not yet confirmed the number of missing.
Earlier, Yonhap and other media outlets reported that six people were missing.
