4 shot near Baltimore shopping mall, police say

Four people were shot near Mondawmin Mall in Baltimore, Maryland, police said Monday.
The Baltimore Police Department said Police Commissioner Richard Worley was at the scene in the 2400 block of Liberty Heights following the shooting.
Police did not disclose information about a suspected shooter or a possible motive.
"Please avoid the area due to multiple street closures," the department said.
Investigation remains ongoing.
