Four U.S. soldiers died in a Black Hawk helicopter crash during a training flight in Washington state, with an investigation now underway.

During a training flight in Washington state, a military helicopter crashed, resulting in the deaths of four soldiers.
The U.S. Army Special Operations Command stated that the MH-60 Black Hawk helicopter crashed on September 17 during a routine training flight west of Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington.
All four soldiers aboard, who belonged to the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, lost their lives.
An investigation into the cause of the crash has been launched.
