Donald Trump greeted Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney at the White House on Tuesday for talks set to be dominated by the US president's tariffs and threats of annexation.
Just minutes before welcoming him, Trump posted on Truth Social that he would be asking the recently reelected Carney why the United States is "subsidizing Canada."
