Russia says it is ready to start extra diesel exports in October after Putin/Trump call

Russia is prepared to begin shipping additional volumes of diesel fuel to the United States and international markets in October following a high-level phone call between President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said on Friday.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak ⁠said on ⁠Friday that Russia was ready to ⁠start supplying additional volumes of diesel to the United States and other countries in October, ⁠after a ⁠call between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump.

He also said ⁠Russia's exports are set to increase further in November and December as ⁠refineries ‌return ‌to operation following ⁠maintenance.
