Michigan Democrats must "come together" to defeat Republicans in the general election, said Abdul El-Sayed, the leftist who was declared the winner Wednesday in the state's primary race for the US Senate.
"We have a responsibility to come together, and we will. We will unite to take this country back," El-Sayed said at a news conference.
