Türkiye sends aid trucks to Syria’s Ayn al-Arab

Turkish agencies delivered a lifeline to civilians in Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) on Sunday, dispatching 11 trucks of humanitarian supplies to the conflict-torn city. The convoy, organized by AFAD and the Turkish Red Crescent, carried 50 tons of flour, along with thousands of blankets, baby diapers, and food parcels, utilizing a newly opened humanitarian corridor to reach families trapped by recent clashes.

The Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) and the Turkish Red Crescent (Kizilay) on Sunday dispatched 11 trucks carrying humanitarian aid to Syria's Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) to support civilians affected by the ongoing clashes.

The aid convoy was sent in cooperation with the Syrian government and the Aleppo Aid Coordination Center.

The shipment includes five trucks carrying 50 tons of flour, one truck loaded with blankets, and five trucks carrying baby diapers and food supplies.
