Earthquake of magnitude 6.39 strikes Papua New Guinea region, GFZ says

An earthquake of magnitude 6.39 hit the Papua New Guinea region on Tuesday, the German Research Centre for Geosciences (GFZ) said.
The quake was at a depth of 106 kilometers (65.9 miles), GFZ said.
