Zelensky denies Russian accusations of Ukrainian strike on Putin's residence

President Volodymyr ⁠Zelensky on Monday dismissed Russian accusations ‍that Kyiv had ‌tried ‍to attack President Vladimir Putin's residence in the Novgorod region as "another round of lies".

He told reporters by WhatsApp ⁠that with such statements, Russia was trying to undermine progress reached in Ukraine-U.S. peace ‌talks and that Moscow was preparing ground to strike Ukrainian ‍governmental buildings ‍in Kyiv.

Zelensky ‍urged U.S. ⁠President ‍Donald Trump to react accordingly to Russian threats.
