President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Monday denounced drone attacks claimed by Ukraine on petrol tankers heading for Russia near Türkiye's Black Sea coast.

"We cannot under any circumstances accept these attacks, which threaten the safety of navigation, the environment, and lives in our exclusive economic zone," Erdoğan said in a statement while speaking about the drone strikes on Friday and Saturday.
