China and Türkiye should deepen counterterrorism cooperation, President Xi Jinping told Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Sunday, according to Xinhua.

China and Türkiye should strengthen cooperation in the area of counter-terrorism, Chinese President Xi Jinping told his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Sunday, according to the Xinhua state news agency.
Both countries should also seek new cooperation opportunities in new energy, 5G technology and biomedicine, Xinhua quoted Xi as saying.
Xi and Erdoğan were meeting on the sidelines of the SCO Summit in the northern Chinese port city of Tianjin.
