South Korea and Japan stand ready against North Korea, Seoul says

South Korea and Japan will maintain readiness to stop North Korea from hiding behind Russia in its provocative acts, Kim Tae-hyo, South Korea's deputy national security adviser, said on Friday.
South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida held a summit in Seoul earlier on Friday.
