UK police charge two men with 'China spying' offences

According to the Metropolitan Police in London, two individuals have been charged with the crime of spying for China after a counter-terrorism probe. The accused, who are 29 and 32 years old, have been charged under the Official Secrets Act 1911 and are scheduled to appear in court in London on Friday.

London's Metropolitan Police on Monday said it had charged two men with allegedly spying for China, after a counter-terrorism investigation.

The pair, aged 29 and 32, are accused of breaking the Official Secrets Act 1911 and will appear in court in the British capital on Friday.
