Vladimir Putin says conflict over Upper Karabakh must end

Ahead of a trilateral meeting with Azerbaijani and Armenian leaders, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in his comments the conflict over the Upper Karabakh region must end, while expressing hope for the development of solutions to move forward.
