EU condemns 'heinous attack by Russia' on Ukraine convoy

The "EU condemns this appalling attack in the strongest possible terms. Those responsible will be held accountable," he wrote.

The European Union on Friday decried a "heinous attack by Russia" on a civilian convoy in southern Ukraine, the bloc's foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said.

The "EU condemns this appalling attack in the strongest possible terms. Those responsible will be held accountable," Borrell wrote on Twitter.
