Former Bulgarian prime minister Borisov no longer in detention

Former Bulgarian prime minister Boyko Borisov is out of detention, less than 24 hours after being taken in by authorities, according to media reports.
"No charges, nothing," said Borisov, according to a report by broadcaster bTV, to cheers from members of his GERB party.
Former finance minister Vladislav Goranov and Borisov's media advisor Sevdalina Arnaudova were also freed.
