Azerbaijani Youth and Sports Minister Azad Rehimov has died, the ministry said on Friday. He was 56.
Ministry spokeswoman Samaya Mammadova announced that Rehimov died during the evening hours.
Rehimov, who served from 2006, went to the US in January for cancer treatment.
