Erdoğan accuses Macron of putting on a show during Beirut visit
Delivering a speech during a meeting of his ruling party's provincial leaders, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan blamed his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron for putting on a show during the Beirut visit following the deadly massive blast.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Erdoğan hit out at Macron for visiting Lebanon in the wake of its devastating blast in Beirut earlier this month, accusing him of "putting on a show".
"Macron's concern is to bring back a colonialist structure. We don't have desires like that," he said in a statement.
