U.S. army erects fence along Texas-Chihuahua border
U.S. customs and border protection agents have begun installing layers of barbed wire atop portions of the U.S. -Mexico border fence in Arizona and Texas, citing increasred corcerns over unlawful crossing and cartel activity.
