Two men exonerated for civil rights leader Malcolm X's 1965 murder

Two men who spent decades in prison for the murder of Black activist Malcolm X in 1965 were exonerated by a New York state judge on Thursday. Manhattan district attorney Cyrus Vance said new evidence had made it clear that Muhammad Aziz, now 83, and Khalil Islam, who died in 2009, were wrongfully convicted.
