Swedish activist Ladra walking to Palestine for over 10 months
These are the steps of hope being taken on the march toward human rights.
Benjamin Ladraa, a swedish activist of jewish descent, started walking from Sweden's Gothenburg to occupied Palestine, with the hopes of raising awareness of the persecution of Palestinians.
Ladra has been walking over 10 months to become the voice of the Palestinians. And he tells people the suffering they go through in every country he sets his foot on. At the moment he is crossing istanbul's 15th of July Martrys' Bridge to continue his meaningful journey to occupied Palestine. As the team of A News we came here to witness Ladraa's significant walk and listen his cause from his own words.
Following his walk from the bridge, Ladra gave a press briefing with his supporters beside him.
Benjamin was warmly welcomed by supporters waiting on the Asian side of the bridge who were eager to make some memories before he departs to continue his quest. Just before he left to complete the 2000 kilometres left to reach his final destination, he had one last thing to do, telling the highlights of his journey to A News.
"Ladra is leaving İstanbul, of course on foot, to get one step closer to the occupied land of Palestine."
