Putin appoints General Dvornikov to lead efforts in Ukraine
Russian President Vladimir Putin has recently appointed general Aleksandr Dvornikov to lead efforts to reboot the invasion of Ukraine. 60-year old Dvornikov has been described as an old school general and a blood and soil nationalist.
