Oklahoma governor grants clemency minutes before execution
Crowds inside the state Capitol and outside the state penitentiary in Oklahoma where Julius Jones was scheduled to be put to death erupted in cheers Thursday after learning Governor Kevin Stitt halted the execution hours before Jones was set to die.
