French President Emmanuel Macron, North Macedonian Prime Minister Zoran Zaev and Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama arrived in Berlin on Monday for a meeting of Western Balkan leaders to discuss the ongoing conflict between Serbia and Kosovo and China's influence in the region.
