Japanese Gov. Opens 350 shelters after 6.1 magnitude quake
Hundreds of people entered a third day in shelters on Wednesday in western Japan's Osaka prefecture following a killer earthquake on Monday. Statistics say at least 1,700 people are currently living in shelters.
