Israel says Hamas has launched a 'cruel and wicked war'
During a security cabinet meeting, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared that the state of Israel has been at war since the recent attacks. He outlined two main objectives: to clear out enemy forces that infiltrated Israeli territory and restore security to the affected communities, and to exact a significant price from the enemy, including within the Gaza Strip.
