Erdoğan: Turkish security forces arrested "senior executive" of Daesh
Turkish police captured senior Daesh figure Bashar Hattab Ghazal Al Sumaidai, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced on Thursday. The militant, code-named Abu Zeyd, was captured in Türkiye in an operation carried out by police and Turkish intelligence agency, Erdoğan told journalists on his return from a trip to the Balkans.
