Erdoğan: Istanbul talks raised hopes to find peace between Russia and Ukraine
"Positive and constructive" negotiations between Russia and Ukraine this week in Istanbul have raised hopes for peace, Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said in a phone call with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on Friday.
