Blasts hit Ukrainian capital Kyiv as UN chief Antonio Guterres visits
A Russian missile attack hit close to U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Thursday as he visited Ukraine to help efforts to evacuate tens of thousands of civilians caught in "mortal danger".
