Iran accuses Israel of 'most brutal crimes'
"We are here to make a historic decision on one of the most important issues in the Islamic world and on one of the most brutal crimes against humanity," Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi said in a statement. Raisi called for an immediate end to the attacks on Gaza and the opening of a corridor for the transportation of aid supplies for the civilian population.

"We are here to make a historic decision on one of the most important issues in the Islamic world and on one of the most brutal crimes against humanity," Raisi said.
He called for an immediate end to the attacks on Gaza and the opening of a corridor for the transportation of aid supplies for the civilian population.
In addition, the Islamic states should break off their political and economic relations with Israel, he said.
Iran regards Israel as its arch-enemy. It backs both the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas and the Shiite Hezbollah in southern Lebanon, which has also stepped up its attacks on Israel in the course of the Gaza war.
