Iran on Friday said it had arrested nine foreign nationals who were linked to protests in the country over the death in police custody of young woman Mahsa Amini.
"Nine foreign nationals from Germany, Poland, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, etc. were arrested at or behind the scene of riots," Iran's intelligence ministry said in a statement.
