Some of the ships damaged as a result of Israel's attacks in international waters were brought to Antalya. The ships, whose engines were broken and sails torn, were taken for maintenance and repair by local and foreign volunteers at the shipyard. The repaired ships are being sent to Italy to sail to Gaza again.
Sümeyra Akdeniz Ordu, a member of the Board of Directors of the Global Sumud Flotilla, said that Israel caused great damage to the ships while targeting civilians heading to Gaza.
