The ancient city has more than 2 thousand years of history. It has turned into one of the leading centres of Medieval Christianity because St. Paul -- one of the apostles of Jesus -- lived there.
The ancient city, which makes its visitors take a journey through history, has been covered with white colour after the snowfall. Its magnificent landscape has been attracting nature-lovers from all over the world.
Many nature-lovers living in Turkey's Konya province come to ancient city of Kilistra to take photographs of the winter feast in the ancient city.
Erkan Mumcu -- a senior photographer from Konya -- told reporters that the ancient city enthralled them with fascinating snow scene.
Mumcu described the historic city as "a natural photo studio" while making comments to Turkey's state-run news agency.
"We invite everyone to Kilistra where is so close to Konya. There is an untouched natural environment away from urbanization. We visit historical churches, living spaces, temples located in the historic place, " Mumcu said in a statement.
