With this interest, Ünveren began collecting mini kitchen utensils and set up a miniature kitchen as part of her graduation project for "corporate identity design."
Initially a hobby, Ünveren continuously improved her miniature kitchen and transformed it into her profession. She expanded her workspace and acquired small-scale versions of real kitchen items found in a typical kitchen, including countertops, cabinets, sinks, refrigerators, pots, and pans.
Creating a comprehensive area with everything from sieves and graters to sugar dispensers, spice racks, tiny vegetables and fruits, to bread boxes, Ünveren named her kitchen "Minimela Kitchen" and began preparing Turkish and world flavors in miniature scale authentically.
