In the decorations on the walls and ceilings of the mosque, which reflect the characteristics of the baroque style seen in the late Ottoman period, floral motifs, flower compositions, ornaments resembling fabric folds, and various decorative elements stand out.
In addition to the Ottoman baroque understanding, the influences of Western European baroque and rococo art are also seen in the decorations.
Bayraklı Mosque, estimated to have been built around 1845, currently serves as a museum open to visitors.
