Living with his beloved wolfdogs in the steppes of Sivas in Türkiye

Murat Beysun, living in the rural area of Sivas, has been working tirelessly for 6 years to provide the best care for his Czechoslovakian wolfdogs, to whom he has dedicated his life. After retiring from dental technician work, Beysun left city life during the COVID-19 pandemic and settled in an area 20 kilometers from Sivas city center. Beysun stated that they meet all their needs using natural methods, do not use electricity, carry water from the river, and prepare their bread and meals over a wood fire. Beysun mentioned that he has not encountered any negative reactions due to raising wolves, noting that the Czechoslovakian breed, which completely resembles a wolf in appearance, genetically carries 70% wolf and 30% German Shepherd characteristics. Beysun explained that the dogs bark very little, usually howl, and act with herd mentality, also stating that they work together in caring for puppies. Beysun stated that the entire pack takes care of the puppies, saying, 'They cannot be tied up, they cannot be caged, their freedom cannot be restricted. A person who devotes themselves to this breed must constantly be by their side, almost like looking after a mischievous child.'
