French and Portuguese cross into Spain for cheaper fuel

News reports in the Spanish press indicated that the decreased petrol and diesel prices in Spain, where the VAT rate on fuel was reduced from 21% to 10%, also attracted the interest of neighboring Portuguese and French citizens.
